By Delon ShurtzSouthern Alberta NewspapersA Lethbridge man who has pleaded not guilty to four criminal offences, will enter pleas to 10 more charges and schedule trial dates when his matters return to Lethbridge court of justice.Danial Mark Ferguson pleaded not guilty Nov. 27 to charges of resisting a peace officer, causing a disturbance by screaming, uttering threats to cause death and failing to comply with conditions of an undertaking, and the matters were adjourned to Nov. 29 to schedule dates for two trials. Ferguson was also expected to plead not guilty on Nov. 29 to charges of pointing a firearm, discharging a firearm with intent, mischief causing damage, possession of a weapon for dangerous purpose, dangerous driving, failure to comply with conditions of an undertaking, and assault. Southern Alberta NewspapersA 31-year-old woman from Stand Off was struck and killed on Highway 3 in a collision early Saturday morning which saw traffic detours impact a major access point to Lethbridge.According to RCMP, a woman from Stand Off was a pedestrian who was struck by a passing car while she was walking along the highway between Range Road 224 and Township Road 92 near Coalhurst.Police were called to the scene at roughly 5:30 a.m. on Saturday morning.While the collision was under investigation, police closed the westbound lanes of Highway 3 between Lethbridge and Coalhurst and the northbound lanes along Westside Drive at the city limits.Traffic had originally been detoured along Highway 3 to northbound Highway 25 junction through Coalhurst. The detours were lifted shortly before 11 a.m. on Saturday.The cause of the crash remains under investigation, but RCMP say driver impairment doesn’t appear to be a factor.Old Forge hosting 47th annual 'Snodeo'

The event will be hosted at the George T. Hiltebrant Recreation Center Pavillion and will be held from December 8 through December 10. In December 2016, the state health department published a plan to eliminate tuberculosis in Colorado within a decade. A new poll shows U.S. Rep. Adam Schiff with a five-point lead in California's race to succeed the late Dianne Feinstein in the U.S. Senate.The survey was conducted by the Public Policy Institute of California from Nov. 9 to 16 and involved 1,100 likely voters.PPIC found that 21% of those surveyed would support Schiff in the primary race, while 16% would vote for Rep.
